o Assemble a group of from 3 to 5 judges for the

of the bag” contest

a “Contest Administrator” to tally results
o Charge the judges, using the BQPA Mission
Statement and
Style Definition
o Provide copies of
§ Mission
Statement & Style Definition sheet
§ Quartet
Evaluation sheets
§ Contest
Tally sheet
§ Contest
Summary sheet
· Ensure
judging tables and chairs are set up
· Collaborate
with Festival Chair to ensure an MC has been arranged for
· Announce
the results, including the top three to five (your choice) places
o Note that ribbons are awarded to second and
third place
quartets
· Award
the medals to the champions
